Tresses Beauty Hair Return Policy

At Tresses Beauty Hair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for

any reason you are not happy with your product, you may return it within 20 days of

receiving your order, provided the following criteria are met:

Return Criteria:

1. Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original state, unused, and with all

tags attached.

2. Packaging: All items should include their original packaging, as well as any gift

packaging that was included.

3. Eligibility: Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Email Us: Contact our customer service team at tbh@tresses-beauty-hair.com

(mailto: tbh@tresses-beauty-hair.com) to request authorization for your return. In your

email, please provide your order number and reason for return.

2. Return Address: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the

return address and any further instructions and proceed with the refund process.

Important Note:

- Any order that is returned without prior authorization via email will not be accepted.

- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item

received is defective or incorrect.
