Where Do We Ship From?
Your order may be shipped from our supplier located in China/vietnam or the
U.K., depending on the availability of the items you ordered.
Shipping Times
The delivery time for your order is divided into two main categories:
IN STOCK ITEMS
- Processing Time: 1- 3 Business Days
- Shipping Time: 2-5 Business Days(UK) others 3-10 days
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
- Processing Time: 5-12 Business Days
- Shipping Time: 2-8 Business Days, depending on your location/country.
If your order is time-sensitive, please let us know in advance, and we will work to provide
the best logistics solution to meet your needs.
Cap size option for TBH?
At TBH, our standard cap size is Medium, which measures 22"-22.5". Each wig features
combs, an elastic band, and adjustable straps to ensure a secure and comfortable fit.
If you require a small or large cap size, you can certainly request this when placing your
order.
- Small Size: 21"-21.5"
- Large Size: 23"-23.5"
Please be sure to know your own cap size and make the appropriate choice. If you decide
to request a special size, please note that this may extend the processing time by an
additional 3-5 days.

Length guide
Bleached and Pre-Plucked Wigs by TBH?
Yes, most of our lace wigs at TBH come sparse pre-plucked and are designed for a natural look right out of the box. The lace is often bleached to help create a seamless, realistic appearance, ensuring that the hair blends beautifully with your scalp. However our HD lace come with light bleached due to its realistic and skin like to prevent shedding to. TP lace comes deep bleached.
If you feel you need additional bleaching to achieve your desired look, please feel free to reach out to us for assistance.

Return and Exchange policy?
At TBH, we offer a 20-day no-reason return policy for our standard wig products, provided they are in their original condition. This means you can return the wig within 20 days of receipt if you are not completely satisfied.
